Job Title: Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Location: Portishead Hybrid Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 + 25% commission above threshold- YR1 OTE £35,000-£45,000 Limitless Recruitment is a start-up recruitment agency with big aspirations. What You’ll Be Doing You'll be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, helping great candidates find roles they'll genuinely love. This is a relationship led role. You'll spend your time speaking to candidates, building talent pipelines, supporting clients with their hiring needs and helping people secure roles. We've already got strong client relationships in place, so there are no expectations for you to spend your days cold calling (unless this is something you want to do!). Instead your focus will be on delivering a great service and building long term relationships. As part of a small business, you'll have the opportunity to play a key role in helping shape how we grow and what kind of company we become. What You’ll Need We are open to speaking to experienced recruiters, aswell as ambitious individuals from sales, customer service and account management backgrounds. We are looking for someone who is: Self-motivated and proactive A strong communicator with a knack for building relationships Comfortable on the phone talking to candidates and clients Positive, resilient and keen to learn What’s in It for You?
