Experience within Education Recruitment is highly desirable, but we're also keen to speak to high-performing recruiters from other sectors who are ready for a new challenge. What you'll be doing • Building and developing relationships with Further Education colleges and training providers. • Winning new business through proactive business development. • Managing the full recruitment cycle, from vacancy qualification through to placement. • Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality education professionals. • Growing existing accounts while identifying new opportunities. • Delivering an exceptional service to both clients and candidates. • Working towards and exceeding individual and team targets. What we're looking for • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant. • Previous Education Recruitment experience is highly desirable. • A strong background in business development and sales. • A track record of achieving and exceeding targets. • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. • A motivated, resilient and results-driven approach. • Someone who wants to develop their career and earn well through performance.
