Recruitment Consultant – Further Education Think FE | Sutton Coldfield | Full-Time Experienced Recruiter? Ready to build something bigger? Experience within Education Recruitment is highly desirable, but we're also keen to speak to high-performing recruiters from other sectors who are ready for a new challenge. What you'll be doing • Building and developing relationships with Further Education colleges and training providers. • Winning new business through proactive business development. • Managing the full recruitment cycle, from vacancy qualification through to placement. • Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality education professionals. • Growing existing accounts while identifying new opportunities. • Delivering an exceptional service to both clients and candidates. • Working towards and exceeding individual and team targets.
