The Opportunity As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll become a specialist within a high-growth market, helping talented professionals and innovative businesses find one another. You'll: • Build relationships with technology professionals and support them throughout their career journey • Partner with ambitious companies to help them attract and secure exceptional talent • Develop new business opportunities and grow your own client portfolio • Become a market expert by understanding industry trends, technologies and hiring challenges • Manage recruitment processes from initial brief through to successful placement • Build a network of trusted contacts across your specialist market • Contribute to the success of our collaborative #OneTeam culture This is a role that combines relationship building, commercial awareness, problem solving and career development.
