Salary: Competitive basic (dependent on experience) + Uncapped Commission
Location: Wolverhampton (covering West Midlands, Staffordshire & Shropshire)

What We’re Looking For
• Experience in a phone-based office role (essential)
• Strong people skills and ability to build lasting relationships
• Comfortable embracing technology and digital tools
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car (client visits required)
• A commitment to developing a long-term career in recruitment
Experience in recruitment is not essential – we provide full training and support. If you have the right attitude and ambition, we’ll help you succeed.
