We believe outstanding care begins with outstanding people and are passionate about creating a positive, inclusive and values-led working environment where colleagues can thrive and make a meaningful difference. The Role We are seeking a proactive and organised Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team and support the attraction, recruitment and onboarding of talented healthcare professionals. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys building relationships, coordinating recruitment campaigns and finding innovative ways to attract candidates to hard-to-fill roles. Working closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues, you will coordinate recruitment activities from vacancy approval through to start date, ensuring a professional and positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment campaigns, including advertising vacancies, arranging interviews, communicating with candidates and supporting onboarding activities. • Manage recruitment administration, ensuring records, trackers and candidate information are accurate and up to date. • Proactively source candidates using a variety of recruitment channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks and university partnerships. • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill healthcare vacancies. • Provide excellent candidate care, ensuring applicants remain informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process. • Support hiring managers with recruitment planning, interview coordination and campaign improvements. • Coordinate pre-employment checks, including references, right-to-work documentation, DBS checks, qualifications and professional registrations. • Monitor recruitment activity and produce reports on vacancy status, pipeline progress and recruitment performance. • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience. About You To be successful in this role, you will have experience supporting recruitment within healthcare, social care or another regulated environment. You will be highly organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail. Must work Tuesdays from office non-negotiable. You will possess strong communication skills, be confident working with a range of stakeholders and demonstrate a genuine passion for helping attract and retain talented people. Experience of recruitment systems and a good understanding of safe recruitment practices would be advantageous. Why Join Vertis Health? This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on healthcare services by helping recruit the people who enable them to grow and succeed. You will be part of a supportive HR team, contribute to meaningful healthcare outcomes and play a key role in shaping the future workforce of a growing organisation.
