Day-to-Day of the role: • Sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, and networking. • Screening CVs and conducting candidate interviews. • Building and maintaining strong candidate talent pools. • Managing vacancies from initial briefing through to offer stage. • Writing compelling job advertisements and vacancy campaigns. • Developing relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders. • Coordinating interviews and providing feedback to candidates. • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. • Maintaining accurate recruitment records and compliance documentation.
