The Opportunity As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll play a key role in supporting our growing operations by sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent across a range of care and office-based positions. Working closely with Operations and Branch Managers, you'll ensure recruitment needs are met efficiently while helping to build a strong pipeline of future talent. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and driven recruitment professional who enjoys managing multiple vacancies, building candidate relationships, and contributing to recruitment marketing initiatives. Day-to-Day of the role: • Partnering with Operations and Branch Managers to understand current and future hiring needs. • Creating engaging job adverts designed to attract high-quality candidates. • Building and maintaining talent pools for a variety of care and office-based roles. • Managing recruitment campaigns through job boards and external recruitment partners. • Identifying and attending recruitment fairs, exhibitions, and attraction events. • Supporting and delivering targeted recruitment marketing initiatives. • Working closely with the marketing team to maximise candidate attraction strategies. • Reviewing applications and shortlisting suitable candidates. • Conducting structured telephone screening interviews. • Carrying out face-to-face interviews and assessing candidate suitability. • Providing professional feedback and interview outcomes to candidates. • Maintaining accurate recruitment records and candidate data. • Managing high-volume recruitment activity whilst achieving key performance targets. • Prioritising workloads effectively in a changing and fast-moving environment.
