Your New Company An opportunity has arisen for an experienced recruitment professional to join a forward-thinking organisation as a Recruitment Team Lead. Working within the People team, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality recruitment service, supporting workforce planning initiatives and ensuring the organisation continues to attract and retain top talent. Your New Role As Recruitment Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment function, providing expert advice and guidance to hiring managers while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will oversee recruitment campaigns, support employer branding activities and ensure all recruitment activity is compliant with employment legislation, safer recruitment requirements and internal policies. Key responsibilities will include: • Leading and coordinating end-to-end recruitment activity across the organisation. • Providing specialist recruitment advice and support to hiring managers. • Developing and delivering attraction campaigns, employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activity. • Partnering with stakeholders to understand current and future workforce requirements. • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, safer recruitment practices and organisational policies. • Managing pre-employment screening, including references, Right to Work, DBS and qualification checks. • Acting as the subject-matter expert for recruitment, talent attraction and resourcing best practice. • Monitoring recruitment performance and producing recruitment metrics, reports and analysis. • Identifying recruitment challenges, workforce risks and areas for improvement. • Driving continuous improvement across recruitment processes, systems and candidate experience. • Supporting apprenticeship, graduate, early careers and work experience recruitment programmes. • Building strong relationships with recruitment suppliers, external partners and key stakeholders. What You'll Need to Succeed To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and partnering with hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment solutions. You will possess strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities and a passion for attracting and engaging talent. You will also demonstrate: • Experience within recruitment, resourcing, talent acquisition or workforce planning. • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practice and candidate attraction strategies. • Experience using recruitment, applicant tracking or HR systems. • Knowledge of recruitment compliance requirements, including Right to Work, visa and DBS processes. • Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and identify trends. • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. • A track record of improving recruitment processes, systems and ways of working. • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. What You'll Need • CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management, or an equivalent qualification. • Alternatively, significant equivalent experience within recruitment, resourcing, talent acquisition or workforce planning. • Evidence of continued professional development.
