Refrigeration Tutor / Assessor (Trainee or Qualified)

Job Title: Refrigeration Tutor / Assessor (Trainee or Qualified) Location: Cambridgeshire Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (Depending on skills and experience) Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Pension + Much More! Type: Full-time, Permanent For ‘Trainee’ candidates: Our client will provide full training and guidance to develop your teaching skills, complete a teaching qualification and enable you to make a real difference in the lives of learners. Essential Criteria: • Must hold a Level 3 Award in F-Gas and ODS Regulations (Cat 1). • Must hold at least one of the following City & Guilds accredited qualifications in either: Refrigeration, Air Conditioning or Heat Pumps: 7189-02; 6090-20; 6090-30; 6090-21; 6090-31; 6007; 6017; 6087; 257 part 1 or 2; 207/3; 6127 • Occupational experience in the field of refrigeration, heat pump or air conditioning. • Good level of I.T skills • Excellent presentation and communication skills. • Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle Duties include: • Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions for learners completing accredited qualifications in Refrigeration, Heat Pump and Air Conditioning. • Coach, support and motivate learners throughout their training programme, ensuring learners are progressing within expectations • Assist with the development and implementation of learning resources. • Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress. • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
