Regional Finance Director

This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious and commercially driven Finance Director to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial performance, strategy and future growth of a successful UK manufacturing business. We are seeking an accomplished Finance Director to provide strategic financial leadership across multiple UK operations, driving performance, governance, operational excellence and business transformation. The Role As Regional Finance Director, you will lead the finance function across multiple UK sites, ensuring strong financial control, consistent processes and commercial insight that supports growth and profitability. You will develop and execute regional financial strategy, lead budgeting and forecasting, drive EBITDA and cash performance, provide commercial insight, develop high-performing teams, ensure governance and compliance, and support business transformation initiatives. We are looking for a proven Finance Director with manufacturing, engineering or industrial sector experience. You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with significant multi-site leadership experience, strong strategic capability, excellent stakeholder management skills and a track record of driving business performance. Experience of leading an ERP implmenetion is also highly desireable. Key Requirements • Proven Finance Director or senior finance leadership experience • Manufacturing or industrial sector background • Strategic planning and commercial leadership expertise • ERP implementation and business transformation experience • Extensive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning expertise • Strong leadership and team development skills • Ability to present to executive stakeholders and board-level leaders • Hands-on approach combined with strategic vision Location Based near Dudley. Candidates should live within a reasonable commuting distance and be comfortable with regular travel to UK sites.
