Regional Manager - Brighton, Southampton & OxfordLocation: Regional role covering Brighton, Southampton & Oxford Reports to: Chief Operating Officer Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum + performance bonus Hours: Full-time, Permanent The OpportunitySF Partners is working exclusively with our client, a growing legal services organisation, to recruit an experienced Regional Manager to oversee operations across three established branches in Brighton, Southampton, and Oxford. This is a senior operational leadership role responsible for the commercial performance, operational excellence, and people leadership across the region. The successful candidate will lead multiple Branch Managers and their teams of Legal Advisors and Administrators, driving productivity, service quality, client satisfaction, compliance, and sustainable revenue growth. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership position requiring regular travel between branches. The Regional Manager will spend significant time coaching leaders, reviewing operational performance, supporting branch development, and ensuring consistent delivery of company standards across all locations. The role is ideally suited to an experienced multi-site leader who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys developing high-performing teams while driving commercial success. Key ResponsibilitiesRegional Leadership & People Management • Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, accountability, and regular performance reviews. • Support Branch Managers in recruiting, onboarding, and developing high-performing teams. • Conduct regular regional visits, one-to-one meetings, leadership coaching, and performance reviews. • Manage underperformance effectively, implementing improvement plans where required. • Promote collaboration and the sharing of best practice across all branches. Commercial & Operational Performance • Take ownership of regional revenue, profitability, productivity, and operational KPIs. • Analyse branch performance data and implement improvement strategies to maximise results. • Drive improvements in conversion rates, advisor productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. • Identify opportunities for business growth, increased market presence, and improved client engagement across the region. • Ensure consistent achievement of operational and commercial objectives across all branches. Client Experience & Quality • Ensure every branch delivers a professional, compliant, and high-quality client experience. • Maintain oversight of regional workflows, operational processes, and service standards. • Champion a right-first-time culture focused on quality, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. • Support Branch Managers in resolving escalated client concerns and maintaining excellent client satisfaction. Compliance & Governance • Ensure all branches operate in accordance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and company procedures. • Maintain robust compliance, quality assurance, and data protection standards across the region. • Support audit readiness and drive continuous operational improvement. Business Development & Regional Presence • Act as an ambassador for the business across the region. • Support Branch Managers in developing local referral networks, partnerships, and community engagement. • Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and increase regional market share. • Work closely with senior leadership to support future branch growth and expansion. Candidate ProfileWe are seeking an experienced operational leader who can demonstrate: • Experience managing multiple sites, branches, or regional operations. • A strong track record of leading managers and developing high-performing teams. • Success operating within a target-driven or performance-focused environment. • Excellent coaching, leadership, and performance management skills. • Strong commercial awareness with experience improving profitability and operational performance. • Confidence analysing performance data and implementing effective action plans. • Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills. • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly between Brighton, Southampton, and Oxford. Legal qualifications are not required.
