The Role As Regional Sales Manager / Head of Residential Sales, you will: • Lead and grow the Residential Sales division, setting the strategic direction and driving revenue, profitability, and market share across the region. • Act as the face of the department, strengthening brand presence, identifying new business opportunities, overseeing marketing activity, and helping secure key instructions. • Recruit, develop, and inspire high-performing sales teams, creating a positive and accountable culture while managing branch performance through regular coaching and reviews. • Deliver exceptional customer service standards, support complex or high-value negotiations, and work closely with other departments to maximise referrals and business opportunities. • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry best practice, while providing strategic leadership through reporting, business planning, performance analysis, and chairing monthly Residential Sales Manager meetings.
