Job description

Location: Ash Grove, Northfield, Birmingham (B31) Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract Salary: £44,214.54 per annum Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) We are looking for an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our CQC-rated Good supported living service at Ash Grove. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting and developing a dedicated team. The RoleAs the CQC Registered Manager, you will: • Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 colleagues. • Ensure the service remains compliant with CQC standards and delivers outstanding care. • Oversee recruitment, training, supervision and staff development. • Manage medication, safeguarding, health and safety, and service quality. • Work closely with the Housing Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service. • Drive continuous improvement and achieve positive outcomes for the people we support. About YouYou'll have: • Previous experience managing a CQC-registered service. • At least two years' leadership experience within health or social care. • A strong understanding of CQC regulations and medication management. • Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. • Eligibility to meet the requirements to be a CQC Registered Manager. Desirable: • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Adults). • Previous experience as a Registered Manager. An Enhanced DBS is required.
