Registered Care Manager – Domiciliary Home Care Location: TW1 / SW14 Area Full-Time | Permanent Competitive Salary + Career Progression Lead, Inspire & Drive Excellence in Home Care We are recruiting for an experienced and passionate Registered Care Manager to join an established domiciliary care provider with an excellent local reputation in the East Sheen SW14 area This is an exciting opportunity for a strong operational leader to play a key role in shaping and developing a high-performing care service, leading a dedicated office and care team while ensuring exceptional standards of person-centred care. We are looking for someone who can bring leadership, compliance expertise, and commercial awareness to help move the business forward during an exciting phase of growth. The Role As the Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the domiciliary care service, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care in line with CQC standards and company values. You will lead from the front supporting your office team, developing care staff, maintaining compliance, and building strong relationships with clients, families, and local stakeholders.
