The Opportunity As Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the service, ensuring outstanding care is delivered while driving quality, compliance and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities • Lead the operational management of a high-quality domiciliary care service. • Complete client consultations, care assessments and personalised care planning. • Ensure exceptional, person-centred care is delivered consistently across the service. • Maintain full CQC compliance and uphold the highest standards of governance. • Recruit, mentor and develop a motivated and compassionate care team. • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, commissioners and local stakeholders. • Manage service quality, client satisfaction and continuous improvement initiatives. • Support the continued growth and development of the branch. About You We're looking for someone who leads by example and is passionate about providing outstanding care. You'll ideally have: • Experience as a Registered Manager, or significant experience as a Deputy Manager looking to progress. • A strong understanding of CQC regulations and adult social care legislation. • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care. • Excellent leadership, coaching and team development skills. • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. • A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach. • Commercial awareness with the ability to support service growth. • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. • Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check.
