Main Duties & Responsibilities • Holistic Care: Act as a primary nurse, contributing to comprehensive assessments, evidence-based care planning, and the evaluation of patient treatment. • MDT Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse multi-disciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centred care. • Risk Management: Complete precise clinical risk assessments and implement safe management strategies. • Leadership: Coordinate shifts effectively, providing support, guidance, and mentorship to healthcare assistants and student nurses. What We Are Looking For • Qualifications: A valid UK NMC professional registration. • Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills. • Attributes: A calm, adaptable approach with a genuine passion for working with service users holding complex mental health needs.
