Our facility specializes in providing care for younger adults with physical disabilities and respite care. What You’ll be Doing • Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents • Administer medications and treatments • Monitor and assess residents' health and well-being • Develop and implement individualized care plans • Collaborate with families and care professionals to provide the best care. • Maintain accurate care and documentation • Support residents in achieving their personal health goals What You'll Need • Valid NMC Pin. RGN, RNLD • Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in a similar role. • Strong understanding of physical disabilities, respite care, and younger adults • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
