The Registered Nurse (Nights) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care for residents with a range of healthcare needs. The postholder will exercise professional accountability in accordance with NMC standards and ensure care is delivered safely, effectively and compassionately. The role requires excellent clinical knowledge, strong organisational skills and the ability to make informed decisions independently. As the senior clinical presence on shift, the Registered Nurse will provide guidance and support to colleagues, promote best practice and contribute to maintaining a safe, calm and responsive environment throughout the night.
