As a Relief Support Worker, you'll step in when needed to offer encouragement, structure and care to adults going through tough times. Whether you're supporting someone through recovery, helping with daily routines or just being a calm presence, what you do matters even if you're only there for one shift. What does a typical shift look like?There’s no such thing as a “typical” shift but you might help someone with their morning routine, join in on a group session, or offer support during a tough moment. You’ll follow support plans, listen well and treat people with dignity every step of the way.
