Job description

We’re on the lookout for passionate Relief Support Workers to join our vibrant team in Warrington, Cheshire. In this role, you will have the opportunity to accompany the people we support on enjoyable outings such as swimming, movie trips, or adventures in nearby towns like Winwick, St. Helens, Leigh, and Newton-le-Willows. You’ll be part of a mission to empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives, maintain their tenancies, engage in their local communities, develop independent living skills and achieve personal goals that truly matter to them. Beyond direct care, you’ll play a vital role as a Key Worker, helping individuals reach their dreams and ambitions. From offering personal care and medication assistance to fostering meaningful relationships with service users, you’ll be making connections that count. You’ll also tackle administrative and housing management tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly, while working flexibly as part of the relief team. To be part of this rewarding opportunity, you will need 12 months of experience in supporting people with learning disabilities. As a Creative Support Bank Staff member, you’ll gain access to our free app, which simplifies shift management, provides service details, offers directions – making your work even more seamless – and be paid weekly.
