Key Responsibilities • Handle transactions including: • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases • Remortgages • Transfers of equity • Equity release matters • Progress files from instruction through to completion while ensuring excellent client service • Work closely with dedicated central support teams responsible for new enquiries, client onboarding, completions support and post-completion work • Maintain accurate records using a case management system • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including AML procedures and risk management standards • Achieve key performance targets, including approximately 20 completions per month About You We're looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor who can confidently manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision. You'll ideally have: • A minimum of 5 years' post-qualification (or equivalent qualified) experience in residential conveyancing • Experience managing a high-volume caseload independently • Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property transactions • Excellent understanding of risk management, AML requirements and source of funds considerations • A proactive, organised approach with excellent attention to detail • A desire to build a long-term career within a supportive and well-established firm Salary & Benefits • £45,000–£55,000 salary (depending on experience) • Quarterly performance bonus • Fully remote working from anywhere within the UK • Flexible working arrangements • Structured remote induction and training programme • Extensive centralised support teams, allowing fee earners to focus on legal work rather than administration or business development If you're an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor looking for the flexibility of fully remote working without compromising on support, quality of work or career stability, we'd love to hear from you! #INDMISC
