You'll ideally be professionally qualified (or working towards qualification) with experience in management or financial accounting, strong reconciliation skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders across the business. Previous experience within housing or rent and service charge accounting would be advantageous, but we are also keen to hear from candidates with strong technical accounting skills and in particular Cost Accounting and the ability to quickly develop specialist knowledge. What's on Offer? • Salary of £40,000 • Hybrid working – 3 days per week on-site • Excellent work-life balance • Generous defined contribution pension scheme • Discounted gym memberships • Subsidised car parking • Some travel across the wider group • Outstanding learning and development opportunities • Genuine career progression within a growing organisation • The opportunity to work for an organisation where finance is recognised as a true business partner and every role contributes to making a positive difference.
