Key Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support for the end-to-end management of aircraft component repairs. • Create, update, and maintain repair orders and associated documentation in Quantum and other business systems. • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors to obtain and share repair updates and documentation. • Monitor and review tasks and communications from the shared MRO inbox, ensuring timely completion and escalation when necessary. • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and reports to support repair tracking and performance reporting. • Support compliance and audit readiness through meticulous record-keeping and document control. • Assist in the development and enforcement of departmental processes to ensure compliance with quality management standards. Ideal Candidate: • Previous experience in an administrative role within aviation, MRO, or a regulated environment is preferred. • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proactive, reliable, and able to take initiative to support the team. • Competent in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. • A full UK driving licence and access to own transport is essential due to location.
