Research and Lead Administrator Permanent Based in Kinross, KY13 (office based) £30,000 - £35,000 Full Time Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Research & Lead Administrator to join a leading and growing business based in Kinross, Scotland area on a permanent contract. This is for a detail-driven Researcher Administrator to help grow the customer base by identifying, validating, and profiling potential B2B prospects. You’ll gather accurate company information, verify key contacts, and uncover insights into logistics, manufacturing, or supply-chain processes to support the Sales and Marketing teams. Key Responsibilities: • Identify potential customer organisations through online research and industry sources. • Assess prospect suitability based on manufacturing, logistics, export or distribution activity. • Verify company details (size, sector, location) and source accurate decision-maker contact info through using phone and digital methods. • Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing to prioritise targets. • Support campaigns with well-researched prospect lists. • Produce regular reports summarising new leads, verified contacts, and market insights. Key Requirements: • Strong online research and analytical abilities. • Experience in lead generation, data verification, or business research. • High accuracy, attention to detail, curious, methodical, energetic and persistent. • Works independently and meets deadlines. • Competent with CRM systems, Excel, and research tools. • Understanding of GDPR and ethical data practices. • Experience in B2B, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing or distribution; familiarity with tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha is highly desirable If you feel that you would be suitable for this position, then please apply with your CV.
