Job description

You will work as part of the Trust Research Team to support the ongoing development of research activity across a wide range of clinical services. This role offers a varied and rewarding opportunity to: Work closely with clinical teams tointegrate research into routine care Support the full research pathway, from study set-up through to delivery and follow-up Carry out study-related activities, includingclinical interventions where appropriate, within professional scope and training Provide advice and guidance to teams who are new to research Contribute to wider Trust research initiatives and projects You will work with a wide range of healthcare professionals, so strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships are essential. The role requires the ability to work bothindependently and as part of a team, managing your own workload across multiple services. The Trust delivers services across a wide geographical area, and the post holder will be expected to beflexible and mobile, with travel required. Base location to be confirmed. The Trust headquarters is in St Ives, and travel across the Trust will be required. Applicants may come from aclinical or non-clinical background.Where relevant, professional registration is required. Full training, induction and ongoing support will be provided.
