Role: Commercial & Residential Property Locum Lawyer Location: Newark | Office Based | Immediate Start Rate: £50-£55 per hour (Umbrella) Commercial Property Solicitor | Residential Conveyancer | Legal Executive | Locum Lawyer I'm currently working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Newark that requires an experienced Commercial & Residential Property Locum to provide holiday cover. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property lawyer looking for a short-term assignment with an established firm and a friendly team. The Assignment Start: Friday 10th July Finish: Friday 17th July Location: Newark (Office Based) Rate: £50-£55 per hour (Umbrella) You'll be responsible for managing a mixed caseload of Commercial and Residential Property matters, providing support to the team and ensuring files continue to progress smoothly throughout the assignment. About You -Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEX) or Licensed Conveyancer (or equivalent experience) -Previous experience handling both Commercial and Residential Property matters -Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision -Available to start immediately If you're available for this assignment-or know someone who may be-I'd be delighted to hear from you.
