Key responsibilities: Deliver outstanding client care while meeting targets and ensuring full compliance with professional standards. • Managing a varied traditional residential conveyancing caseload with a proactive, client-focused approach • Ensuring consistently high standards of client service, communication and responsiveness • Meeting personal and team billing, gross profit and cash-recovery targets • Managing the financial aspects of files in line with agreed write-off parameters • Ensuring files are opened, progressed and managed in line with internal processes and any agreed SLAs • Maintaining accurate client, matter and enquiry data and ensuring effective use of case management systems • Demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development Experience: • Qualified Residential Conveyancer with 5+ years' experience • You take pride in delivering an outstanding client experience and building strong client relationships. • You are commercially aware, organised and comfortable working to targets. • You are proactive, detail-focused and committed to doing things properly.
