Residential Conveyancer / Conveyancing Case Handler (Sales) Location: Coventry Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a generous monthly performance bonus scheme. Realistic OTE: £35,000–£40,000+ Holiday: 28 days including bank holidays plus additional leave over Christmas and New Year period About Us The Law Partnership Solicitors is a well established and growing conveyancing practice committed to delivering an exceptional service to our clients. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Conveyancing Case Handler to join our busy Sales Team. The Role You will manage your own caseload of residential property sales, including both freehold and leasehold transactions, from instruction through to completion. You will work closely with clients, estate agents, buyers' solicitors and other third parties to ensure transactions progress efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of client care. Key Responsibilities • Manage a caseload of residential property sales from instruction through to completion. • Handle both freehold and leasehold sale transactions. • Prepare contract documentation and supporting papers. • Deal with enquiries raised by buyers' solicitors. • Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties. • Exchange contracts and complete transactions. • Provide regular updates and excellent client care throughout each transaction. • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and anti-money laundering requirements. • Work collaboratively within a busy and supportive conveyancing team. About You We're looking for someone who has: • Previous experience handling residential conveyancing sales. • A good understanding of both freehold and leasehold transactions. • The ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision. • Excellent communication and organisational skills. • A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • A commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
