Residential Conveyancer

RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY / CONVEYANCER BENFLEET, ESSEX £45,000 - £50,000 QED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or a Residential Property Solicitor, to join our well-respected client in Benfleet, Essex. We are looking for someone with case handling skills to join their friendly and established residential team. You will be expected to manage a full and varied caseload for roughly 1 to 5 years. Offering 1-2 day from home per week. The type of residential transactions you should have experience on are: • sales • purchase • leaseholds • freeholds • remortgages • transfers of equity On offer is to join a welcoming team, where there is genuinely investment in your development, and long term progress. If you do not have experience on a couple of the above, we still welcome applications. However please note if you do not have case handling experience within residential conveyancing, you will not be considered.
