Role Overview: As a Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will be instrumental in managing a diverse caseload of conveyancing transactions, demonstrating expertise from initiation to completion. This position is perfect for a dedicated professional with a robust background in conveyancing, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service. Key Responsibilities: • Independently manage a comprehensive caseload of conveyancing files, including but not limited to sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. • Deliver expert legal advice, ensuring a seamless and effective conveyancing process for all clients. • Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and external contacts through effective communication and professional conduct. • Conduct meticulous legal research and ensure all transactions comply with current laws and regulations. • Utilize conveyancing software and case management systems efficiently to enhance workflow and client service. Candidate Requirements: • A minimum of 3 years' experience in conveyancing with a track record of managing a caseload independently. • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer in England and Wales. • Exceptional communication skills, organizational prowess, and a detail-oriented approach. • A positive, client-centric attitude and the ability to resolve issues efficiently. • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
