About the Role: You will be responsible for handling a full range of residential property transactions, including: • Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties • Remortgages and transfers of equity • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other stakeholders • Drafting contracts, conducting searches and managing completions • Providing clear, practical legal advice and guidance on costs • Maintaining accurate and compliant case files You’ll work closely with Partners and colleagues, benefiting from a collaborative environment that supports professional development and long-term career progression.
