Residential Property Lawyer 3+ PQE, Essex, £40,000 to £50,000 plus extensive benefits. Possess excellent organisational and time-management skills. Be able to effectively manage multiple transactions and competing deadlines. Demonstrate strong communication skills when dealing with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors. Thrive in a busy, fast-moving transactional environment.
