Residential Property Paralegal, Excellent Progression Opportunity – Chesterfield, Derbyshire– £23,000–£27,000 Are you tired of having the title of paralegal/legal assistant but only doing the admin ? This is an opportunity to start real legal work, working on files and join a team in which internal progression is a priority. The Role • Supporting conveyancers with residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity • Preparing contract packs and drafting standard correspondence • Raising and responding to enquiries • Liaising with clients, lenders and estate agents • Managing file progression and maintaining accurate records • Assisting with post-completion formalities and Land Registry submissions • Ensuring compliance with CQS and regulatory standards Are you ready to step into a role where you play a key part in progressing transactions rather than simply assisting in the background?
