Founded by two experienced Solicitors this firm have a strong reputation for client care and accessibility Responsibilities: • Handle a full residential conveyancing caseload • This will include advising on: • Sales & purchases of leasehold & freehold property • Remortgaging & transfer of equity • Purchases of newly built property • Equity Release • Auction sales and purchases • Lease Extensions • Shared Ownership • Right to Buy and similar schemes • Liaise with estate agents, mortgage brokers and surveyors • Maintain high standards of client care, including being accessible for face-to-face client meetings Salary and benefits • Salary: Negotiable depending on experience • Mainly office-based working model (rather than hybrid), supporting strong client accessibility • No glass ceiling to progress to partnership and beyond.
