Senior Residential Property Solicitor (Legal Director) | 10+ PQE | Kent | £90,000–£120,000 DOE. To apply or to register your interest, please contact Gemma Jones on or email with your CV – JOB REF: THE ROLE: An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a UK Top 50 law firm as a Legal Director within its highly regarded Residential Real Estate team. You will advise a broad client base on a wide range of residential property matters, including the acquisition, disposal and financing of high-value freehold and leasehold properties, alongside more complex conveyancing transactions. In addition to managing your own high-quality caseload, you will play a pivotal role in developing relationships with estate agents, property finders and other key referrers, while supporting the strategic growth of the practice. The role also offers the opportunity to lead and mentor junior lawyers, contribute to thought leadership initiatives and actively participate in networking and business development activities. THE CANDIDATE: Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 10 years' PQE specialising in residential property law. You will possess significant experience handling complex and high-value residential conveyancing matters together with excellent technical expertise and strong commercial awareness. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing client relationships, generating new business and leading successful teams. You will be an effective mentor, confident supervising junior colleagues and committed to delivering exceptional client service. Strong financial management skills, strategic thinking and experience contributing to the growth of a practice will be highly advantageous.
