Healthcare & Bonus | Are you an AssocRICS Residential Surveyor looking to join a fast-growing and well-established surveying practice? We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a successful and expanding firm covering the North London area. Due to continued growth and increased workload, the business is seeking an experienced surveying professional to support its residential valuation and surveying services. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated AssocRICS-qualified surveyor with Registered Valuer status to join a modern, forward-thinking practice offering strong earning potential, remote working, and clear career progression. The Role As a Residential Surveyor, you will: • Carry out residential valuations and survey work, including Level 2 Surveys • Level 3 Surveys (training provided if necessary) • Red Book Valuations • Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out on time • Manage your own workload efficiently and professionally • Ensure compliance with all RICS standards and regulatory requirements Residential Surveyor Requirements • Minimum AssocRICS qualification • Registered Valuer status (essential) • Proven experience within residential surveying • Strong attention to detail and report-writing ability • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organisational and time-management skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Full UK driving licence What's on Offer? • Salary package: £50,000 - £60,000 Basic, £60,000 - £70,000 OTE • Working hours: Remote / WFH basis.
