• Over-see the provision of an end to end recruitment administration service to allocated Specialty Groups for all non-medical recruitment, from initial advertisement, short- listing and interview processing, completion of pre-employment checks, preparation of contracts of employment, to completion and administration of new starter processes. • Maintain ESR, Trac and NHS Jobs systems with all information connected to recruitment processes, such as short-listed candidates, and ensure all recruitment is completed in line with Trust Policy and Procedure and relevant Employment Legislation. • Proactively work with recruiting managers to ensure a timely and customer-focussed recruitment administration service is provided at all times, providing specialist advice and guidance on recruitment processes in place within the Trust. • Ensure the effective prioritisation and completion of recruitment work within the allocated Specialty Groups in accordance with deadlines and agreed standards, including delegation and monitoring the completion of recruitment administration work undertaken by Resourcing Assistants. • Investigate and resolve queries and complaints received from recruiting managers and applicants within allocated Divisions, ensuring action to prevent any reoccurrence, escalating to Resourcing Team Leader and/or Resourcing Manager when required. • Oversee international recruitment supporting the Resourcing Team Leader & Trust Leads for international recruitment in proactively working with Trust managers to ensure a timely and customer-focussed recruitment administration service is provided at all times, providing specialist advice and guidance on recruitment processes within the Trust.
