Area Manager - Midlands £33,500 - £35,000 + Car + Package Retail | Community | Leadership Make a real difference while leading high-performing retail teams. We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected UK charity seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead a portfolio of retail shops across the Midlands. This is an opportunity to combine commercial expertise with a genuine social purpose, leading passionate teams that generate vital income to support life-changing services within local communities. What you’ll be doing • Leading and inspiring a network of retail shop managers to achieve ambitious sales and profit targets. • Coaching, developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding customer service. • Driving commercial performance through innovation, stock management and local community engagement. • Monitoring KPIs and implementing strategies to maximise income. • Supporting new shop openings, refurbishments and operational improvements. • Ensuring compliance with company policies, health & safety and retail standards. We’re looking for someone who has: • Proven multi-site retail management experience. • A strong track record of delivering commercial growth. • Exceptional leadership and coaching skills. • The ability to build positive relationships across diverse teams. • Strong organisational and planning abilities. • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
