The Role As an Assistant Store Manager, youll work alongside the Store Manager to: • Recruit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets. • Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control. • Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues. • Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.
