What you'll be doing • Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals. • Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service. • Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard. • Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards. • Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience. • Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online. • Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance. What you'll bring • A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer experiences. • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable style. • Curiosity about health and wellness, with a willingness to learn. • The ability to stay organised, work as part of a team and adapt in a busy retail environment. • Confidence using technology, including tablets and digital tools.
