You'll lead, coach and develop your team, drive commercial performance and ensure every customer receives an exceptional shopping experience. Key responsibilities include: • Leading, motivating and developing a high performing team. • Driving sales, service and KPI performance. • Delivering exceptional customer service through coaching and leading by example. • Managing stock control, deliveries and replenishment. • Maintaining outstanding visual merchandising and store standards. • Recruiting, training and developing your team. • Managing store operations, compliance and health & safety. • Analysing performance and implementing action plans to drive results. • Creating a positive, engaged and high performing culture. What We're Looking For • Experience as a Retail Manager, Store Manager, Branch Manager or Assistant Manager ready for the next step. • A proven track record of delivering commercial results. • Experience leading, coaching and developing successful retail teams. • Strong organisational and communication skills. • A hands on leadership style with a passion for customer service. • The ability to thrive in a fast paced retail environment. Experience within outdoor, sports, fashion or lifestyle retail would be advantageous, although we welcome applications from a wide range of retail backgrounds.
