About the Role As Retail Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and leading a high-performing team within a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment. You'll be responsible for driving operational excellence, developing your team, and delivering outstanding customer experiences, while building the skills needed for future Store Management opportunities.
