Revit Technician If you are a Revit or BIM Technician looking for a new career, then join our Asset Information Team! We are seeking a talented individual to create, modify, and maintain Building Information Models to assist in the Facilities Management of our extensive asset portfolio. What Will Your Responsibilities be? As a Revit Technician, you will be responsible for creating and editing client model information using Revit. You will ensure that all new and updated information is issued to the appropriate Common Data Environment (CDE) and made visible to relevant end users. You will also be required to carry out extensive surveying activities when required, validating existing and newly acquired information, and producing content that aligns with company standards. What you will be doing • Create and maintain BIM models: Develop, update, and manage accurate model information using Revit. • Manage information in the CDE: Ensure all new or revised information is issued correctly and is accessible to users. • Undertake validation activities: Carry out surveys where needed to confirm the accuracy of existing and newly acquired asset information. • Support company standards: Produce model content in line with internal standards and best practice. • Contribute to asset information quality: Help improve the reliability and usability of information used for Facilities Management purposes. What we are looking for You will have strong working knowledge of: • Revit Architecture • Revit MEP • Autodesk Forma • ISO 19650 • BIM modelling best practice • Drawing and document control • COBie • Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) engineering It would be beneficial if you also have experience or knowledge of: • Microsoft Excel • DiRoots Why join us?
