Hybrid Role - 3 days in the office / 2 days from home Care UK is an awarding winning private care company with over 260 care homes across the United Kingdom. We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrator to join our vibrant and dedicated Rewards team. The role: To provide admin support within the Reward team, being responsible for several core activities that support the smooth running of our Reward processes, including annual pay review and bonus schemes, pay benchmarking and job evaluations. To be the first point of contact for the Reward team providing support, advice, and solutions on queries from across the business, in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: • Responding to Reward queries from across the business in a timely manner, escalating to the correct colleagues if and when necessary • Monthly processing of in-year pay increases and requests to payroll • Administration of core benefits such as: savings and cashback platform, private medical insurance schemes and holiday purchase scheme • Maintaining accurate records of reward policy and decisions • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as directed What We're Looking For: • Intermediate knowledge of Excel • High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills – written and oral • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to deadline and prioritise workload • Advanced knowledge of Excel • Knowledge of pay benchmarking and job evaluation • Self-motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic • Analytical approach • Able to deal with data in a confidential manner • Agility in work approach – able to be both a team player and work autonomously Why Join Care UK? • Be part of a dynamic and growing organisation dedicated to providing outstanding care. • Collaborate with a diverse and talented team in a supportive and inclusive environment. • Enjoy a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. • Make a meaningful impact on the lives of residents and contribute to the success of our care homes.
