Reward Manager (12-Month FTC) Salary: Competitive plus bonus, and benefits Location: Hatfield (Hybrid Working) Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Reward Manager to join a People Team on a 12-month FTC. Reporting to the Head of Reward, EMEA, you will support the delivery of compensation, benefits, HR systems administration, people reporting, and reward governance activities across the EMEA region. This role is ideal for a reward professional who enjoys working with data, HR systems, employee benefits, and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced international environment. Key Responsibilities • Support the delivery and administration of compensation and benefits programmes across EMEA. • Conduct salary and benefits benchmarking using internal and external market data. • Support annual salary and bonus review cycles. • Assist with the design, review, and administration of reward plans. • Provide data and analysis for salary surveys, reporting, and governance requirements. • Support the administration and coordination of Remuneration Committee (RemCo) activities. • Manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. • Respond to employee queries and provide training on HR systems where required. • Maintain regional organisation charts and people reporting. • Oversee the day-to-day administration of employee benefits, working closely with external providers. • Support HR Business Partners with reward-related policies and procedures. About You • Previous experience in a Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Operations role. • Strong understanding of salary benchmarking, reward practices, and benefits administration. • Experience working with HR systems, ideally SuccessFactors, PeopleDocs, or similar platforms. • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
