We’re excited to offer a brilliant opportunity for a RFQ Sales Coordinator with fasteners expertise to make a real impact based in Oldbury. About the role: As our RFQ Coordinator your primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate the entire process of responding to requests for quotations. Your remit will include developing strong and long-lasting relationships with supply partners, both established and new, helping to negotiate the best deals whilst ensuring due regard to quality, cost, and timely delivery of products. You will collaborate with the Rail team to ensure that our customers receive our best-in-class service. What we’re looking for in our RFQ Coordinator: • Previous RFQ or MRO supplier experience is essential • Knowledge of the Industrial Consumables and supplier base is essential • Exposure to ERP and MRP systems • Proficient in basic computer applications including Microsoft Office • An effective communicator, with good verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop within the role What you’ll get in return: • From 23 days annual leave (plus public/bank holidays) • Life assurance cover (x2 salary) • Invitation to healthcare schemes • Company pension scheme • Wellness programmes • Training and development provided through our own Hayley Academy What to expect from our recruitment process: 1.
