This role supports a busy Risk Management team in ensuring the firm meets its regulatory and compliance obligations. You will assist senior risk lawyers with research, client on-boarding processes and the review of key legal documentation.

Description
• Undertake legal research and support ongoing risk projects
• Assist with client due diligence and on-boarding questionnaires
• Review client terms, codes of conduct and billing guidelines
• Identify and highlight key legal and commercial risks
• Respond to internal queries on regulatory and policy matters
• Liaise with internal teams to gather and coordinate information
• Support firm-wide initiatives, including technology implementation
• Collaborate closely with senior risk lawyers and business teams
Profile
A successful Risk Paralegal should have:
• Law degree (UK or equivalent)
• Strong academic background and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong research and analytical ability
• Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
