Roadfreight Coordinator

Freightserve recruitment are looking for an Operations Coordinator for a busy well-established Freight company based in the Woking area. Role Purpose • Accurate planning and scheduling of shipments • Clear communication with customers and internal teams • Consistent service delivery aligned to defined processes This role is focused on hands-on operational execution, supporting the Operational Account Lead and wider operations team to deliver a controlled, high-quality service. Position Summary • Daily shipment coordination • Demo movements and returns • Customer updates and communication • Ensure full visibility and control across all movements • Support planning and coordination of shipments • Collections and deliveries • Assist with scheduling jobs • Create and manage bookings in internal systems • Maintain accurate records • Provide updates to customers on shipment status • Coordinate with transport providers • Support Operational Account Lead and Senior team members • Follow defined operating procedures (SOPs) • Provide day-to-day support to: Working hours are Monday - Friday As an agency we are fast becoming the number one Freight specialist in the UK.
