Job Description Key Responsibilities • Cleaning rooms, bathrooms, making beds as well as replenishing linen and guest supplies. • Being friendly, approachable and helpful with customers and team members. • Working to deadlines. • Attending team meetings and sharing ideas. • Attention to detail, reporting any room damage to supervisors. • Flexibility to perform other duties as required. • The ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons, evenings and bank holidays. • Awareness of all Health and Safety procedures within the hotel, including the use of cleaning chemicals. Person specification Experience • Preferred Experience: Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, particularly in housekeeping or room attendant positions.
