Job description

Tiger Private is seeking two highly experienced Rotational Maternity Nurses to support first-time UHNW parents expecting their first child, a baby girl, due on 15th December 2026. This is a 1 week on / 1 week off rotational position, based in Queensway, London, with each maternity nurse providing 24-hour cover during their working week. The initial engagement will be for 3–4 months, with the potential for an extension depending on the family's requirements. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing expert newborn care while supporting the parents through the early months of their daughter's life. Candidates must be confident establishing feeding and sleeping routines, monitoring developmental milestones, and offering practical guidance to first-time parents. Key Responsibilities • Providing professional 24-hour care for a newborn. • Supporting feeding routines, including breastfeeding support where appropriate, bottle preparation and sterilisation. • Establishing healthy sleep routines and promoting positive sleep habits. • Monitoring the baby's health, wellbeing and developmental progress. • Maintaining detailed daily logs of feeding, sleeping and routine changes. • Ensuring the nursery, baby clothing and equipment are maintained to the highest standard. • Advising and supporting first-time parents with confidence and professionalism. • Working collaboratively with the second rotational maternity nurse to ensure thorough handovers and continuity of care. • Liaising with any healthcare professionals involved in the baby's care where required. Candidate Requirements • Extensive experience working as a professional Maternity Nurse within private households. • Previous experience supporting UHNW or high-profile families is highly desirable. • Strong knowledge of newborn care, feeding, sleep routines and early childhood development. • Calm, discreet, organised and highly professional. • Excellent communication and handover skills. • Flexible and adaptable with a proactive approach.
